Our client, are well known manufacturer are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work every time.
As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing products to the highest possible standard while working efficiently within a production schedule. You'll play a key role in ensuring every finished product meets our quality expectations before leaving the department.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming.
* Apply paint and coatings using spray equipment to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish.
* Follow production schedules while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
* Carry out quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specification.
* Mix paints and coatings accurately in line with technical requirements.
* Maintain spray equipment and ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organised.
* Identify and report any defects or quality concerns promptly.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and customer expectations.
* Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures. The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing or production environment.
* Experience working in a fast-paced setting where productivity and quality are equally important.
