Greater Manchester Education Trust (GMET) was established in 2022 following the successful merger of two local multi-academy trusts.

We currently oversee four academies and two sixth form colleges and one primary school, working in some of the most academically, socially, and ethnically diverse communities in the region.

We're looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional HR Administrator to join our People Team, providing high-quality HR support within one of our schools.

You'll play a vital role in supporting colleagues throughout the employee lifecycle, coordinating recruitment administration, maintaining workforce records, processing payroll changes and ensuring our safer recruitment and compliance processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Working closely with the HR Operations Manager and Trust Recruitment Lead, you'll help ensure our HR service is responsive, professional and centred on providing an excellent experience for colleagues.
