Paralegal | Wills, Trusts & Probate

Full-time | 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday
We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our Wills, Trusts & Probate team in Blackburn.
You’ll work closely with our lawyers, help progress a range of matters and support clients through what can often be sensitive circumstances. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience and build a career in Private Client work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drafting Wills, Codicils, LPAs and Trust documents
Preparing Probate applications, HMRC forms and estate information
Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries and financial institutions
Managing your own caseload with supervision
Supporting with file opening, billing and progressing matters
Completing legal research and managing key deadlines
What We’re Looking For
Previous Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Clear, professional and supportive communication
Confidence managing deadlines and using your initiative
A genuine interest in Wills, Trusts and Probate
Experience in Private Client work, a legal qualification or knowledge of a case management system would be an advantage.
