You will work alongside dedicated teachers and support staff, gaining valuable exposure to outstanding teaching practices, classroom management and pupil support strategies. The Role As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential classroom support across the school, helping pupils engage with lessons and supporting teachers in creating a stimulating learning environment. Key Responsibilities As part of the school team, you will: * Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
* Support pupils through one-to-one and small group activities.

* Support children with SEND and individual learning requirements.
* Create and organise classroom resources.
* Promote positive behaviour and strong learning habits.

* Observe pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. Candidate Requirements The successful applicant will have: * A minimum 2:1 bachelor's degree .
* A passion for working with children and supporting their education.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A proactive and adaptable approach.
* The ability to remain patient and positive in a busy classroom environment.
* A willingness to learn from experienced educators.
* Previous experience with children through tutoring, mentoring or volunteering is desirable but not essential.
