This Big 4 Senior Manager role offers exposure to some of the largest and most complex transactions in the market , working in a high-performing, fast-growing team .

Transactions and large-scale advisory projects - Providing advice on some of the largest real estate transactions in the market
Compliance and governance - You will provide clients with real-time updates on tax authority policy and case law developments, support management of tax authority risk and relationship strategy, and oversee compliance delivery in collaboration with shared service teams while maintaining strong ongoing client relationships.
Technology and transformation - Work closely with transformation teams to ensure data integrity, tax reporting accuracy and technical robustness in systems and change programmes.
Governance, risk and disputes - Advise on ESG, senior accounting officer requirements, risk and control frameworks, dispute resolution and litigation matters.
Work with capital from all sources across investor types and jurisdictions and act as a subject matter expert in real estate indirect tax, supporting both sector-specific and wider clients.
What are they looking for?
This team are looking for an experienced Manager ready to step up or an already established Senior Manager who can operate at pace and bring strong technical and leadership capability.
Applicants need to showcase robust indirect tax experience with recent exposure to real estate, hospitality, construction or infrastructure sectors .
Proven ability to lead complex engagements and transactions, shape project strategy and deliver high-quality technical advice.
Experience working on fast-paced transactions is preferred but not essential
