Onsite Coordinator We are recruiting for a Onsite Coordinator in the Lutterworth area. You will be supporting the day-to-day delivery of temporary workforce services within a logistics or industrial client environment, ensuring safe, compliant and consistent workforce fulfilment while building strong operational relationships. Details: Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum Location: Lutterworth Hours of work: Operational shift flexibility required Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily attendance and shift fulfilment on site.
• Act as first point of contact for workers and management team
• Monitor absence trends and workforce stability.
• Ensure documentation compliance for all deployed workers.
• Support worker engagement and induction processes.
• Maintain accurate site-level reporting both weekly & monthly
• Monitor adherence to agreed pay and rate structures.
• Coordinate immediate response to last-minute workforce changes.
• Maintain professional client communication standards.
• Promote consistent service delivery within client environment.
