We Are Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential)
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* Strong knowledge of the English curriculum
* The ability to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
* A flexible and adaptable approach to working in different school environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
