We are seeking an experienced Director who is passionate about financial modelling and driven by growth.
The role will involve leading, developing and inspiring a team of modelling professionals to create, analyse and optimise complex financial models, ensuring
Requirements
Operations:
- Lead in the growth and development of the financial modelling team [In Country]
- Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments
- Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring and development of models.
- Discuss commercial issues with clients and ensure they are accurately reflected in the model.
- Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modelling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Lead in the planning of resources across the team
People:
- Develop and inspire a market-leading team
- Instil a collaborative, high-performing culture
Growth:
- Lead in the growth of the financial modelling practice [In country]
- Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business
- Lead in the development of client pitches
Key Skills and Qualifications

- A respected leader within the financial modelling sector
- An in-depth understanding of Project Finance, Corporate Finance or Financial Planning concepts.
- [10+] years of relevent experience in a financial role within a recognized advisory practice or large corporate setting.
- An in-depth understanding of accounting concepts, an accounting qualification beneficial
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
- Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
- Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.
