This part-time role is available for an immediate start and provides the chance to positively influence the educational journey of young learners who need extra support.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant , your responsibilities will include:
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
* Supporting pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.
* Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals to support pupil progress.
* Following all safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times. To be considered for this SEN Teaching Assistant role, candidates should: * Have previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting children with additional needs.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* Have the right to work in the UK.
* Meet all GSL safer recruitment and safeguarding requirements.
