Private Clients Account Executive
An established and highly regarded insurance broker is looking to appoint an ambitious Private Clients Account Executive to join its growing High Net Worth team. This role is focused on developing new business while delivering exceptional service to High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth private clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Executive who enjoys building relationships, generating new opportunities and advising clients on tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and win new High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth private client business.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through networking, referrals and professional introducers.
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to placement and ongoing account management.
- Conduct client meetings to understand insurance requirements and provide tailored advice.
- Arrange comprehensive insurance programmes across a range of personal lines products, including homes, contents, fine art, jewellery, collections, prestige motor and other specialist risks.
- Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive and comprehensive cover.
- Work closely with internal broking and technical teams to ensure the smooth placement of business.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand existing client relationships.
- Maintain excellent market knowledge and ensure clients receive the highest level of advice and service.
- Previous experience as a Private Clients Account Executive or in a similar client-facing High Net Worth role.
- A proven track record of generating and converting new business within the Private Clients insurance market.
- Experience dealing directly with High Net Worth and/or Ultra High Net Worth individuals.
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Good knowledge of the UK Private Clients insurance market and leading insurers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
