Salary: Around 25,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full time | 37.5 hours per week (closed on a Sundays)
Location: Greater Manchester border

We’re currently working with a well-established optical practice, known for its strong community presence and genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, highly experienced team who truly take pride in what they do. The practice has built a loyal and returning patient base thanks to its personable approach, attention to detail, and focus on quality over volume. Never rushing patients, always putting their needs first.

Important Requirement:
You must have a minimum of 24 months’ experience working within optics. Applications without this will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Dispensing to a wide range of patients with care and attention
• Carrying out pre-screening tests confidently
• Delivering a consistently high standard of patient care

What we are looking for:

• A solid level of dispensing experience
• Genuine passion for customer service, someone who enjoys building relationships and recognising familiar faces
• Patient-focused approach, taking time to ensure every individual feels valued
• A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
• Strong team player who contributes positively to the practice culture
• Good communication and organisational skills
