Role OverviewFlexspace is the UK’s leading provider of flexible workspace. This is a part time Centre Manager role for our Newton Aycliffe site with occasional travel to other local sites. The position involves lone working with a large amount of autonomy while maintaining communication with the Peterborough central office. Key ResponsibilitiesProfitabilityUndertake viewings within 48 hours where requestedMaintain regular contact with the Marketing team to ensure vacancies are advertised and enquiries dealt withManage resources to achieve or exceed sales, occupancy and profitability targetsEnsure quality control of services and customer serviceKeep all vacant units ready to showLiaise with credit control and chase debtManage customer retention and minimise expensesOwnershipLiaise with Facilities Team on suppliesImplement Health and Safety policyIdentify repairs, maintenance and estate management requirementsConduct high level Health & Safety reviewsPeople & ProcessBuild good working relationships with colleaguesCommunicate respectfully and improve processesMaintain accurate centre occupancy documentationInstigate and maintain company policiesMonitor local competition and keep CRM system up to dateHandle monthly invoicing, forecasting and budget complianceRequirementsDriving licence and transport essentialStrong time management and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong MS Office skills and systems literateExperience in property or facilities environment ideal but not essentialTraining & SupportComprehensive induction at Peterborough site followed by on-the-job training.
