Our client, a reputable car garage group based in Great Bookham, is seeking a highly skilled Fast Fit Technician / Supervisor to join their busy team. Duties:

- Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the branch, potentially including line management responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Supporting the team in achieving business targets and maintaining high service standards
- Monitoring and conducting regular stock audits
- Providing workshop assistance with tyre fitting, exhaust repairs, and other fast-fit services
- Contributing to a customer-focused environment to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Supporting the team in achieving operational efficiency and excellent customer service

Requirements:

- Proven experience within the fast-fit tyre and exhaust industry
- Ability to assist with workshop roles and support colleagues as needed
- Strong leadership qualities and a team-oriented approach
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to develop further through training and IMI qualifications
- Reliable, committed, and positive attitude towards responsibilities and working hours
