Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire
Salary: Up to £65,000 (negotiable DOE) + excellent package
An established organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in Grimsby.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior QS, or a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step into a senior position.
You'll be working across refurbishment, capital works and retrofit projects, taking responsibility for the commercial management and financial performance of your projects.
The role will involve:
Commercial management of projects
Cost control and forecasting
Subcontractor management and valuations
Commercial reporting
Managing commercial risks
Contract administration
Working closely with operational and commercial teams
The ideal candidate will have Quantity Surveying experience with strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of cost management, contracts and valuations.
Experience within refurbishment, capital works or retrofit would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right person.
Hybrid working available.
