East Anglia community services supports 10 adults (male and female) in 4 separate supported living homes that range from 3 adults living together to a single person service. These services are located in Mildenhall, Kenny Hill and Beck Row in Suffolk. The services promote independence and are person centred services. The adults that live in these services regularly access the community due and they all have the own vehicles. Activities include attending college, woodwork sessions, cinema, swimming, horse and cart riding to name just a few. The adults we support are supported with medication and personal care depending on their level of support needs. About the Role

We are looking for caring and reliable Bank Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines. What You’ll Do
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating)
- Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts)
- Support life skills& independence(budgeting, shopping, meal preparation)
- For you to inspire others with a positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable people
- Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential
- Personal experience or a passion for helping others is welcome
- Annual Leave–accrued annual leave paid to you on hours worked
- Training– Great induction and training, including autism training.
