Your role

· Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home

· Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues

· Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans

· Make leisure and social activities part of every day

· Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development

Your skills

· Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)

· Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly

· Team player who values collaboration

· Kindness and genuine interest in older people

· Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
