The Role

TRG Screen is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent and HR team, based in Belfast. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Global Talent Team, supporting full-cycle recruitment across the organization.

You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, source, screen, and coordinate with candidates through the hiring process. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career to build end-to-end sourcing and coordination experience within a global, fast-paced Talent function.

Our Talent function moves quickly. We hire across multiple regions and functions at once, priorities shift week to week, and no two days look the same. We're looking for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment — comfortable managing a full requisition load, adapting quickly as priorities shift, and staying resilient when things get busy. A proactive mindset and genuine team-player attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing approaches.
• Build effective working relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth, high-touch hiring experience.
• Stay informed on recruitment trends, particularly in tech and data markets, and apply best practices to attract quality candidates.
• Help track, compile, and report recruiting metrics to support continuous improvement of hiring processes.
• Proactively flag pipeline gaps, bottlenecks, or process improvements to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external recruitment agencies when engaged to support sourcing for roles globally (India, UK, US).
• Assist with hiring events to build brand visibility and expand the candidate pool.
• Keep internal and external job postings accurate and up to date across all relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with the broader Talent Team to help refine processes and tools as recruitment operations scale.

 

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; exposure to the technology sector is a plus

• 1–2 years of agency recruiting experience required, with a proven ability to source, engage, and manage candidates across multiple roles and industries

• Some experience with direct sourcing techniques, with a willingness to build independence from third-party agencies
• Working understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization
• Resilient and even-keeled under pressure, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities and ambiguity
• Well organized with solid time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with Greenhouse preferred but not required

 

Salary Range

£28,000—£32,000 GBP
