Experience
Essential
- minimum 3 years post registration experience in a clinical or Care Coordination role
- experience in supported living residential care or community adult health
- Strong understanding of CQC, DoLS, MCA, and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to travel between services (mileage reimbursed).
Desirable
- Experience with forensic clients or dual diagnosis
- Experience supporting services through cqc inspections
Essential
- NMC Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD, or RGN with community/complex needs experience).
