An established and growing law firm in Chester is looking for an NQ Conveyancing Solicitor to join its residential property team.
A good opportunity for an NQ looking to develop their career within a supportive team, with the chance to build confidence, take ownership of files and work alongside experienced conveyancers.

The Opportunity
An established and growing law firm in Chester is looking for an NQ Conveyancing Solicitor to join its residential property team.
A good opportunity for an NQ looking to develop their career within a supportive team, with the chance to build confidence, take ownership of files and work alongside experienced conveyancers.
The Role
You'll handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New-build and buy-to-let matters
- Managing matters through to exchange and completion
- Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other solicitors
- Providing a high level of client care
- Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
- Residential conveyancing experience gained during your training contract or previous role
- Good understanding of the conveyancing process
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Keen to develop and take on increasing responsibility
- Open and market-rate salary
- Hybrid working
