We need Passionate, Reliable, Bank Support Workers who are located in Barwell , Leicester (LE9) £13.12 per hour — make a real difference while doing what you enjoy. You’ll spend your full shift with the same person, building genuine connections and delivering truly person‑centred support.

Once on shift, you’ll be based in one location, giving you the chance to focus on what matters most — supporting people to live their best lives.

About You

We need Passionate, Reliable, Bank Support Workers who are located in Barwell , Leicester (LE9)

 

We are two young men aged between 25 and 29 who enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities. We are fun, happy and caring individuals who like spending time with people who take a genuine interest in us and what we enjoy.

We live in a spacious three-bedroom bungalow with a back garden, in a quiet gated community where our neighbours are friendly. We also have local shops and restaurants nearby.

We have different support needs, including autism, learning disabilities and behaviours that may challenge. The staff who support us are fully trained and have a good understanding of how to support us in a positive, person-centred way.

We enjoy activities such as baking, cooking, going to the gym, attending the day centre and spending time with our families. We like having fun, trying new things and being supported to explore new opportunities while working towards our goals.

 

What you'll be doing

We enjoy being supported by people with bubbly personalities who can make us laugh, engage with us and take part in the activities we enjoy, while encouraging us to try new experiences.

During the day, we are supported by two members of staff, with shifts from 7:00am to 2:30pm and 2:30pm to 10:00pm, as well as a long day shift from 7:00am to 8:00pm. Overnight, there is one sleep-in staff member from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
