What you will do:

Deliver Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs) to designated schools, providing personalised support to children with various needs.
Utilise your expertise with the EMIS system to maintain and update patient records accurately.
Travel between educational settings using your own transport, ensuring all children receive timely and effective support.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that meet each child's unique needs.
Provide guidance and training to school staff about occupational therapy strategies and interventions.
