Pump Technician

Pump Technician Redditch Starting from £16 per hour Our client is seeking an experienced Pump Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to work within a well-established business, carrying out the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of pumping equipment and associated systems to the highest standards. Pump Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and maintain a wide range of pumps and pumping systems
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out effective repairs
• Install and commission new pump equipment
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance
• Complete job reports and maintain accurate service records
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service while working on client sites
• Participate in an on-call rota where required

Pump Technician Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with pumps, motors, or rotating equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
• Experience in industrial, wastewater, or commercial pumping systems (desirable)
• Basic electrical knowledge (advantageous)
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
