As a Commercial Production Coordinator, you'll work with some of the world's most recognised food, nutrition and technology brands, helping them reach the audiences shaping the future of food. From breakthrough food-tech innovations and sustainable ingredients to cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, you'll help deliver commercial content programmes that showcase thought leadership, share expertise and create meaningful engagement with industry audiences.

By coordinating stakeholders, managing content workflows and maintaining high standards throughout the campaign lifecycle, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of commercial content articles, webinars and broadcasts, reports and white papers and multimedia campaigns that deliver value for clients and audiences alike.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating the delivery of commercial content campaigns across multiple brands and content formats, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Managing project schedules, approvals, content assets and stakeholder communications throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Preparing, reviewing and coordinating content for publication, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand and client requirements
• Creating client-facing proposals, presentations, campaign summaries, case studies and other sales enablement materials
• Partnering with colleagues across commercial, editorial, marketing and operations teams to deliver successful campaigns and content programmes
• Maintaining project trackers, content calendars and campaign documentation to enable efficient workflow management and reporting
• Gathering campaign data and performance metrics, delivering insights and recommendations to drive future campaign success and continuous improvement
• Helping contribute ideas that support the evolution of commercial content products and services

What You’ll Need

• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Previous exposure to content, media, publishing, marketing or commercial communications
• Strong written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Confidence building relationships and working with a range of stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
• The ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Commercial awareness of how content supports audience engagement and client objectives
• Experience using project management, CRM, CMS or reporting tools would be advantageous
