Multi Trader

Join our Social Housing maintenance team as a Multi Trader and make a real difference to residents' lives while enjoying consistent, well-paid work. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our busy Social Housing maintenance team. You will deliver high-quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across occupied and void properties, ensuring safe, comfortable homes for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of trade repairs including (but not limited to): carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, plastering, tiling, and basic electrical work Diagnose and complete reactive repairs in occupied homes with professionalism and care Undertake planned maintenance and void property works to an excellent standard Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and organisational policies Provide great customer service and communicate clearly with residents Maintain accurate records of materials, time, and completed works via handheld devices Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and service-level targets Requirements: Proven experience as a Multi Trader, Multi-Skilled Operative, or similar role Strong competency in at least two core trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating etc.) Carpentry or Plumbing qualification (preferred) Experience working in social housing environments (occupied and void properties) is preferred Good understanding of health & safety practices and risk assessments Full UK driving licence and own van that you are willing to use Benefits: £730 Take Home a Week (consistent, long-term work) Company van provided Fuel card included (no travel costs) Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule Pre-booked jobs and organised workload Stable role within social housing sector Minimal admin and no customer quoting Opportunities for ongoing or permanent work
