Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover, (With the possibility this could lead to a permanent role at one of our nurseries).
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm.
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum + Annual salary reviews and bonus opportunities.

Your Role
You will:
Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery
Inspire, support and develop your team
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care and EYFS practice
Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
Support nursery occupancy and growth
Create a positive environment where children and staff thrive
What We’re Looking For:
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
At least two years’ early years or other suitable experience
Experience leading and motivating a nursery team
Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A positive, professional and family-focused approach
You’ll join a supportive team with structured induction, mentoring, in-house training and ongoing career development. Many of our colleagues have been with St George’s for over 15 years.
