As a Buyer in the homeware sector, you'll play a key role in sourcing and selecting products that align with the company's retail strategy. Based in Pin Mill House Wardley Industrial Estate, you'll be responsible for managing supplier relationships and ensuring the product range meets customer demand. Client Details This position is with a well-established organisation within the retail industry. Description You the buyer will identify and source new products that align with consumer trends and company objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts. Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to promote products. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness. Ensure product availability and timely delivery. Comply with all relevant industry regulations. Manage junior members of your team. Provide insightful feedback and reporting to senior management.Profile A successful Buyer - Homeware should have: Experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally within the retail industry. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Proven ability to analyse market trends and sales data. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
