Showroom Consultant - Ayr (KA8 8BQ) - Plumb Centre

As a Showroom Consultant based in Ayr, you’ll be responsible for:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in the bathroom showroom, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products to suit their requirements
- Showroom designs using CAD
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email with a proactive, friendly approach delivering outstanding service
- Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom
- Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 8:00am - 12:00pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous experience in the industry or a showroom environment is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on achieving results and delivering excellent customer service
- Confidence in discussing customer ideas, explaining product features and matching products to customer needs
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
