Employment Paralegal
Location: Solihull
A well-established boutique law firm is looking for an organised, proactive and approachable Employment Paralegal to join its close-knit team in Solihull.
The Role
- Supporting solicitors with casework and projects
- Managing legal documents and preparing bundles
- Taking clear and accurate meeting and initial enquiry notes
- Circulating and tracking agreements via DocuSign
- Monitoring deadlines and helping to keep matters on track
- Good time management and a proactive approach
- Providing general administrative support to the legal team
Our client looking for someone with:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience supporting legal casework or projects
- Confidence with Microsoft Office, Adobe and DocuSign
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and a proactive approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a legal environment, particularly employment law
