Kent | Up to £70,000 + Package Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to take ownership of the commercial performance of a diverse portfolio of construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects across Kent and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional to play a key role in managing project profitability, commercial risk and financial performance whilst working closely with operational teams and senior management. Key Responsibilities * Managing the commercial performance of multiple projects.
* Controlling budgets, costs, forecasts and cashflow.
* Overseeing subcontractor procurement and commercial negotiations.
* Managing valuations, variations and final accounts.
* Identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
* Producing commercial reports and financial forecasts.
* Supporting project teams to maximise profitability.
* Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. About You * Previous experience as a Commercial Manager within construction, fit-out or refurbishment.
* Strong understanding of commercial management, contracts and cost control.
* Excellent financial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Full UK driving licence. What's on Offer * Salary up to £70,000.
