As Oracle EMEA Innovation Partner of the Year and one of the most decorated Oracle consultancies in the UK & Ireland, we're investing heavily in the continued growth of our EPM capability.This is an opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's leading Oracle experts, delivering Oracle Planning Cloud solutions that enable organisations to transform budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial decision-making.Why This Opportunity?Deliver Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (PBCS/EPBCS) solutions on complex enterprise programmes.Work directly with Finance and FP&A stakeholders to solve real business challenges.Develop expertise in Smart View, Data Management, EPM Automate, Groovy, and planning automation.Learn from experienced architects and senior consultants within a 700+ person Oracle practice.Access a significant investment in training, certifications, mentoring, and career development.Progress rapidly towards Senior Consultant responsibility within a recognised Oracle market leader.What You’ll Be DoingAs a key delivery consultant, you will:Contribute to Oracle Planning Cloud implementations Support end-to-end delivery across requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, and post-go-live support — with guidance from senior consultants and architects.Design and configure planning solutions Build planning models, forms, dashboards, calculations, and workflows for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and CapEx.Support intelligent planning and automation Work with Smart View, Data Management, EPM Automate, and Groovy rules to deliver efficient, scalable planning processes.Engage directly with finance stakeholders Participate in workshops, gather requirements, validate solutions, and support training and knowledge transfer.Support ongoing client success Assist with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, patch testing, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForYou will have:Solid functional experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (PBCS / EPBCS).Experience contributing to at least one to two EPM Cloud Planning project lifecycles.Hands-on exposure to:Planning model design and dimensionalityForms, dashboards, and Smart ViewBusiness rules, calculations, and basic Groovy scriptingData Management integrationsUnderstanding of how Oracle Planning integrates with ERP and wider EPM solutions.Comfortable working with finance teams and translating business requirements into functional designs.Well-organised, delivery-focused, and keen to develop towards senior consultant responsibility.Nice to Have (Not Essential)You will have:Exposure to other Oracle EPM Cloud modules (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Tax).Experience supporting Hyperion to Oracle Cloud migrations.Interest in automation, REST APIs, or advanced Groovy scripting.Accountancy qualification or finance background.Additional InformationWhy Join Version 1's Oracle Practice?Join a global Oracle practice of 700+ specialists, supported by 500+ certified professionals across the Oracle ecosystem.
