Admin Assistant

An Outstanding Ofsted secondary school in Gloucester is seeking a professional and highly organised Admin Assistant to join their experienced administrative support team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple departments and assist senior leaders, teaching staff and wider support teams. Responsibilities will include maintaining student records, updating school systems, managing correspondence, supporting attendance administration and assisting with the organisation of school events and activities.

You will also support communication with parents, students and external agencies while ensuring that information is handled professionally and confidentially at all times. Strong organisational skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities within a busy school environment.
