I’m looking for a patient math tutor to help my teenager catch up on algebra and geometry. The student struggles with word problems and basic equations, so I’d prefer someone who can explain concepts clearly and provide practice worksheets. We meet after school twice a week, about 1.5 hours per session, at our home in central London. Ideally, the tutor has experience with GCSE level material and can tailor lessons to the student’s pace. Availability on weekday evenings or Saturday mornings works best. Please share references or a short summary of your tutoring approach.
