We are looking for someone who is able to manage their own workload, versatile and happy to assist where needed. A team player who can adapt to tasks as and when directed and/or required.

We are offering a flexible contract of 16hrs per week (2 shifts) - day shifts 7am to 3.30pm or 2.30pm to 11pm - working 5 days out of 7 including weekends. With additional shifts as and when required.

Your day-to-day

• Supporting front desk guest services
• Maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and monitoring the recycling station
• Housekeeping assistance within communal areas
• As required cleaning bedrooms, which includes stripping beds, emptying bins, dusting and vacuuming and general cleaning
• Car park monitoring - litter picking and emptying bins
• Ensure good communication between departments, suppliers and guests
• Adhere to company policies and established operating procedures
• Independantly responsible for running shift
• Fire Marshal duties
• First Aid trained (external training offered)

Guest Experience

• Ensure the services delivered are always in line with agreed principles
• In cooperation with the Hotel Manager, handle and provide adequate solutions to complaints, team issues, and general hotel issues

In line with the requirements of the Asylum Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

A DBS background check will also be required.
