What You Will Do:

- Operate and programme Zeiss GOM Scanbox equipment to carry out dimensional inspection of components and assemblies.
- Operate and programme Coordinate Measuring Machines ( CMMs ), ensuring inspections are completed accurately and to specification.
- Carry out first article inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections in line with quality requirements.
- Produce, analyse, and communicate dimensional inspection reports using relevant metrology software such as Zeiss Calypso and related tools.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD &T, specifications, and customer requirements to support confident measurement decisions.
- Maintain inspection equipment and complete inspection records and documentation in accordance with quality system procedures.

What You Will Bring:

- Experience programming GOM Scanbox equipment, or a comparable scanning inspection environment (essential).

- Experience programming Zeiss Calypso and working with CMM or scanning inspection processes.

- Strong knowledge of interpreting engineering drawings and GD &T to support accurate dimensional evaluation.

- Confidence using metrology software to analyse results and generate clear inspection reporting.

- Relevant training or qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or an indentured/time-served apprenticeship within a relevant field.
