Exams & Data Officer Opportunity in Hackney - ASAP Start

A leading academy in Hackney is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Exams & Data Officer for a full-time, permanent role starting ASAP. This position is ideal for a practitioner who thrives on logistics and maintaining a rigorous academic approach to assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end administration of all public and internal examinations.

• Manage the recruitment and training of external exam invigilators.

• Coordinate access arrangements in collaboration with the SEN department.

• Manage the school’s assessment data, ensuring results are uploaded and analyzed.

• Maintain the security and integrity of all examination materials.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing examinations in a secondary school or college.

• Total precision in administrative tasks and a calm under-pressure temperament.

• Deep knowledge of JCQ regulations and school MIS.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
