As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to: Identify and develop relationships with clients across the USA Source and engage with high-quality candidates Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement Build and maintain your own professional network Develop specialist knowledge within the Construction & Engineering sectors Negotiate offers and help successfully place candidates into new roles Work towards achievable targets and build your earning potential What are we looking for?
