As a team member, you’ll work collaboratively with autistic adults, their families, and the wider team to create a relaxed and supportive environment that prioritises their safety and well-being while promoting rest and comfort.

Experience in social care is desirable but not essential
Comprehensive autism-specific training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalised support plans.
- Build positive relationships with people, their families and the wider team.
- Collaborate with the person, families, health professionals, and stakeholders to support the person’s goals and aspirations.
