Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. This remote position is exclusively open to candidates based in the Philippines. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting top talent, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various strategies to identify and engage potential candidates, including databases, online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate recruitment database, tracking all candidate interactions and statuses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals to comprehend job requirements and enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in recruitment software and candidate management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Skills:
- Proven ability in sourcing and attracting top talent.
- Robust interviewing capabilities.
- Outstanding networking and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with current recruitment trends and methods.
- Aptitude for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salary: PHP 40,000 - PHP 50,000 monthly
Location: Remote (Open only to candidates based in the Philippines)
