Johnson & Johnson seeks a Technology Manager to oversee commercial and digital marketing technology solutions for DePuy Synthes. The role bridges IT, marketing, and sales teams to translate business strategies into scalable, compliant digital platforms supporting the orthopedics portfolio across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for commercial and marketing technology solutions, from intake through delivery and improvement
- Serve as primary liaison between IT, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and external partners to align solutions with business objectives
- Translate business strategies and roadmaps into technical product visions, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead agile ceremonies and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility
- Monitor product performance via KPIs and customer feedback; mentor junior product owners and analysts on product management practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 6–8 years in technology product management or digital solution delivery in commercial or marketing environments
- Strong technical knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, and digital engagement tools
- Proven ability to translate business strategies into technology roadmaps and measure ROI
- Experience with agile delivery models and product backlog ownership
- Cross-functional leadership and influence without direct authority
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulated industry compliance
