East Renfrewshire Council’s Property and Technical Services team is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and suitably experienced individual to join the Service’s multi-disciplinary team and assist in its delivery of a diverse range of capital and revenue funded work.

You will bring to the post several years’ experience in a senior (Chartered) quantity surveying role built on a variety of project sizes and types in both pre-contract and post contract roles.

We are seeking a candidate with good inter-personal and communication skills, excellent tender preparation skills and who has a strong track record of delivery to tight deadlines.

Hybrid employees are considered workplace based first, but they will have a level of flexibility to work from home up to 40% of their working week, if it is not to the detriment of their current tasks, team requirements or service needs.
