Job description
Choice is seeking a Corporate Services Officer on a temporary basis. This person will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of corporate services across the organisation, with a particular focus on managing and resolving formal complaints. This role combines complaint investigation and resolution with broader responsibilities in communications, event coordination, and corporate governance. Responsibilities
- Assist the Corporate Services Manager with data protection and Section 75 compliance
- To investigate and seek resolution to any formal complaints made to the Association
- Assist with the arrangement of staff conference and any other events as required
- Assist with the production, promotion and reporting of the annual Staff Survey
- Manage and assist with the drafting of Group submissions to industry awards
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or PR
- 2 years’ experience in a corporate services role with governance/complaints handling experience
Desirable Skills
- Member of a professional body
