Food & Beverage Manager - Country House Hotel

We’re excited to be working with a beautiful country house hotel in Stroud, home to a highly regarded 2 Rosette restaurant. They are now seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front-of-house operation and further elevate an already award-winning dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless collaboration between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams, taking full responsibility for the performance of the F&B operation, playing a key role in shaping menus, wine lists, and culinary events, delivering consistently high service standards in an efficient, guest-focused manner, leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team, managing budgets, forecasting, and all F&B financials with confidence.
