Mortgage and Protection Advisor, Kings Lynn

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a self-employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor for a successful client in King's Lynn.

Your duties will include:

· Meeting performance targets.

· Ability to prospect and organise meetings.

· Fact-find effectively to establish the client’s current finances.

· Provide high-quality professional mortgage advice.

· Explain required insurance and protection products so that clients can make informed choices.

· Communicate with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and insurance providers.

· Ensure all regulatory documentation completed within the required timescale.

Requirements:

· CeMap qualified or relevant mortgage advice qualifications.

· Hold an existing client bank or partial client bank with leads supplied.

· Minimum 2-3 years experience.

This role is a hybrid role and it is required to work in the office 3-4 days a week.

This is a self employed role with an OTE of 60k.

This is a permanent position with an immediate start.
