Office-based (5 days per week)

Are you looking to kick-start or develop your HR career?

We're recruiting for an HR Operations Officer to join a busy and supportive HR team. This opportunity would suit either an HR Graduate who has completed a HR placement year as part of their degree, or an experienced HR Administrator with strong HR systems experience.

The Role:
You'll provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, including:

HR administration from onboarding through to leavers
Producing contracts, letters and HR documentation
Recruitment coordination and pre-employment checks
Maintaining HR systems and employee records
Producing HR reports and management information
Supporting payroll administration and responding to HR queries

About You:
HR Graduate with a placement year or previous HR Administration experience
Strong HRIS experience
Excellent Excel skills (essential)
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proactive, adaptable and keen to learn
