We’re Hiring: Front of House Officer

Location: Macclesfield, UK
Pay: £13.45 per hour, (20 hours per week)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 5am to 9am 

Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment where animals are present. The site is home to resident pet cats, which are based within the Facilities Office area.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Thorough Searches:  Conduct detailed searches, following our comprehensive company policies and procedures. Your meticulous attention to detail will help keep our restricted areas safe
• Detailed Record-Keeping:  Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork related to security incidents and observations
• Effective Communication:  Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and various external authorities to report incidents and coordinate responses to security issues
• Exceptional Customer Service:  Provide outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A valid SIA licence.
• Flexibility to work shift advertised.
• Drivers license and own car.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Computer literacy and strong customer service skills are required
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
