What you'll be doing

You'll own the sales ledger and be the driving force behind getting invoices raised, chased, and paid. Day to day that means:

• Raising and issuing customer invoices, including uploading to customer portals where needed

• Chasing outstanding invoices by phone and email, and resolving queries with customers and internal teams

• Monitoring debtor balances and running risk checks using in-house systems

• Supporting the wider finance team — purchase invoice processing, scanning, supplier/client onboarding paperwork

• Answering and directing calls for the main office

What you'll need (essential)

• At least 2 years' experience in credit control role

• Experience with Sage 50 Accounts

• Strong communication skills; confident on the phone and in writing

• Sharp attention to detail and a data-driven mindset

• A proactive, organised approach; you don't wait to be told twice
