Business Development Executive - Facilities

Job description
Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding commercial cleaning provider that's transforming the standards of cleanliness across Northern Ireland. With a strong focus on quality and reliability, this innovative company is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities and help scale their presence across diverse commercial facilities, from offices to industrial sites.
Salary and Benefits:

About you:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Exposure to facilities management sectors such as cleaning, security, or maintenance
- Strong ability to identify and convert new business leads
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident in managing your own pipeline, territory, and time effectively
- Full UK driving licence is essential
What you'll do:
- Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities within the commercial sector
- Build and nurture relationships with facilities managers, office managers, and operational teams
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess client needs and present tailored cleaning solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and tender responses to secure new contracts
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with clear conversion objectives
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing service delivery for new clients
