Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or successful completion of Initial Teacher Training leading to QTS.

* A secure understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

* Strong classroom management and communication skills.

* A positive, enthusiastic and reflective approach to teaching.

* A genuine passion for helping primary-aged children achieve their best.

* An enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
