The Package
️ Start Date: ASAP
Basic Salary: From £27,000 (Depending on experience)
Realistic Earnings (including commission and uncapped): £45,000 - £50,000
️ Work Pattern: 5 days a week – Wednesday - Sunday

Your Day-to-Day:
Welcome and build relationships with customers
Help customers find their dream home
Present relevant products and services
Identify potential leads and refer clients to the right colleagues
Communicate and liaise with developers (our customers)
What You’ll Bring to Wards of Kent:
Experience in new homes sales and residential estate agency (essential)
Confidence and excellent communication skills
