Our client, based in Surrey, is currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Team Manager on a 3-month temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and can be based in either Surrey or Central London. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience manging a team comprised of Housing Officer's and is willing to commute across a patch of properties.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Overseeing a team of 6 to 7 Neighbourhood Coordinators
* Carrying out appraisals, 1-2-1's and recruitment within the team when necessary
* Ensuring the team is consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets relating to neighbourhood services
* Managing and effectively resolving under performance within the Neighbourhood team
* Developing and maintaining partnerships, both internally and externally Experience required: * Experience required in Social Housing
* Experience managing a team of Housing Officer's Rewards and Benefits: * Hybrid working 50/50 split
* Opportunity to go permanent - salary circa £50,000 Working hours : * 35 hours per week
* Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
